1) How many picks do you post per day?
In 2018 we had a total of 4006 picks which earned us 915.29 units. That comes out to 10.97 picks a day. Do keep in mind that their is seasonality to that number. For instance, in December there is NFL, NBA, NCAAF, NCAAB, and NHL whereas in July there is only MLB.
2) How do you recommend using your picks?
I recommend flat betting all plays and betting the units I recommend.
3) How should I manage my bankroll?
A unit should be equal to 0.5%-1% of your bankroll. If a pick is recommended by me as 5* then you should bet 2.5%-5% of your bankroll on that pick depending on your tolerance for risk.
4) Should I adjust the amount I bet ever?
At the beginning of every month set the flat amount of your bankroll. For instance, if you have $1,000 deposited and are betting 1% of bankroll=1 unit then bet $10 per unit for the entire month. Next month, readjust your bankroll. It will have grown and you will now want to make 1% of your current bankroll=a 1 unit bet. Again, please DO this only ONCE per month. Any more frequently and you will be betting too aggressively and will go broke.
5) The line on my sportsbook is different then the line you posted, what should I do?
Find a better sportsbook. Really. If you are casual about sports betting then one sportsbook is fine. But the more sportbooks you have access to the more lines and better odds you have access to. If you are unwilling to switch sportbooks or use multiple sportbooks then take whatever the bet your sportsbook will give you at -110 to -105 odds. When we email our picks to our clients, the lines do move. At the end of the day, we picked 4006 games last year, even if all of your games were off by .5 or 1 point you would make less, but you would still profit.
